I love your blog. it gives me a peak into motherhood, without ever considering venturing down that road...

as for the points, I just started them 3 days ago. The first few days are hard because you realize that it's about half the points you eat in a day. Call me if you need some tips, but here are some... veggie burgers & ketchup really fill me up. GNU bars are 2 points each, so they are a good go-to when you don't have time for anything... Don't barf, but I love salty and spicy, so I love spicy tomato juice... keeps the hunger at bay for awhile... oh, and purchase a lot of healthy frozen meals, a la lean cuisine, healthy choice or smart ones... Sometimes, even eating 2 of them is less than you'll eat when you order in. Oh, and I'm still working on great veggie dishes. So far, I have a cucumber salad with dill, yogurt, onions and raisins... Or kale chips... Or if you want to eat "pretend" mashed potatoes, steam cauliflower or broccoli, then put in food processor with skim milk... no carb potatoes and they're really good! Oh, and I'm a fan of almond breeze instead of skim milk, cause you get some fiber so it's less points... make some big fat shakes in the summer....Dazed Darlahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01375853235268330458noreply@blogger.com
